Carlo Ancelloti, Everton’s manager will not have the chance to go top of the EPL Table against Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City due to COVID-19.
The Monday night EPL game between The Toffees and Cityzens will be played at a date to be announced by English FA.
Everton are presently 2nd on the EPL Log, while Manchester City are sixth.
According to BBC, it stated that:
“It was announced on 25 December that City striker Gabriel Jesus and full-back Kyle Walker had tested positive for coronavirus.”
Following the postponement, there are fears among some football fans that the current Premier League season could be suspended if more football players test positive for coronavirus disease.
Coronavirus disease is affecting not just football but all other sports.
