#CarabaoCup: Fans Blame Solskjaer, Maguire, Others After Man City Beat Man Utd 2-0

  • Some football fans and pundits have put the blame for United’s loss at the door step of team manager, Olé Gunnar Solskjaer and a few players

Olé Gunnar Solskjaer has now lost no fewer than four semi finals of EFL Cup, also known as Carabao Cup (2); FA Cup (1) and UEFA Europa League (1).

Eric Bailly, who has been the rock for the Old Trafford club’s defense line in recent time was conspicuously left out by Solskjaer.

A lot of J Manchester United players were too sloppy against Man City last night as two second half goals from John Stones and Fernandinho were all Pep Guardiola needed to reach the final.

Team captain, Harry Maguire, Fred, Scott McTominay and Victor Lindelof were among the players who had a woeful performance last night.

Manchester City will battle Tottenham Hotspur, who won the first semi final in the final of the Carabao Cup in a few weeks time.
