Nigeria’s New COVID-19 Cases For January 12 More than 1,000

  • Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported consistently on COVID-19 figures in the country
  • For the past four days, a total confirmed cases of over 1,000 new cases have been reported on a daily basis

On Tuesday, January 12, a total of 1,270 persons were confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19 in Nigeria.

Twenty two states reported new cases of COVID-19, with Lagos reporting the highest cases at 435, while Gombe reported the fewest at one.
