Every Muslim is expected to read the Glorious Qur’an daily in order to have a spiritual connection and communication with Allaah.

Yaomul Jumu’a, which is Friday in English language is the most honoured day out of the seven days of the week by all Muslims. It is a weekly festive day for all Muslims as they attend Salaatul Jumu’a (Friday prayer) in a Central Mosque and listen to sermon from the Imaam. Muslims are also expected to wear their best clothes on Fridays.

On Fridays, the Prophet of Allaah enjoined Muslims to recite Suuratul Kahf (chapter 18) of the Glorious Qur’an as reciting it ensures the reciter gets Allaah’s illumination from one Friday to the next Friday.

Every Muslim should know that he or she will get additional rewards from Allaah when he or she recites Suuratul Kahf and also the Glorious Qur’an as a whole in the holy month of Ramadan.
