Manchester United Wipe Out Roma In Europa League, Win 6-2

  • Manchester United were on fire last night as they hammered Roma 6-2 in the first leg of the Europa League semi final
  • Ole Gunnar Solskjaer got his tactics right, as the Old Trafford club went on rampage in the second half

The goalscorers for Man Utd were Bruno Fernandes (2), Edinson Cavani (2), Paul Pogba and Mason Greenwood. Pellegrini and Edin Dzeko scored for Roma.

Manchester United started slowly in the first half after Bruno Fernandes scored, before Roma fired back with two goals. Upon resumption for the second half, the home team scored five goals to put the game to bed.

Roma will need to win by at least 4-0 in the second leg next week Thursday in Italy, to think of qualifying for the finals.

Will Roma achieve this feat next week against the determined Manchester United side?
