#RamadanDailyDigest: The Journey Of 30 Days Comes To A Halt

  • The 30 days journey for this year Ramadan fasting will come to an end when sun sets this evening using Nigerian Time
  • Information has it that country like Niger Republic had sighted the new moon for the month of Shawaal on Tuesday night and will be celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr today, Wednesday, May 12

According to information relayed through Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA) last night, the new moon or Crescent was not sighted here in Nigeria. This means this year’s Ramadan fasting will be 30 days.

Muslims do not fast Ramadan for 30 days as much as 29 days, however Islaam is not a religion of logic, but on what it’s in the Glorious Qur’an and Books of authentic Hadeeth.

Congratulations to all Muslims once again as this year’s Ramadan fasting ends after today’s sunset. Wishing them more Ramadan fastings ahead.

Eid-ul-Fitr is tomorrow, Thursday, May 13 here in Nigeria and in hundreds of countries all over the world.
