Gbenga Favour Olaoye-Akanbi was said to have been scammed by FOREX fraudsters in money worth hundreds of millions of naira.
“A 300-level Department of Agriculture, University of Ilorin, Gbenga Favour Olaoye-Akanbi, has committed suicide after he was allegedly duped by a forex trader, Eseka Chuckwutem Gospel (ESG).
“The 19-year-old UNILORIN student committed suicide after losing N300m to FOREX trading.” Sahara Reporters informed
Additionally, “family sources told SaharaReporters that Olaoye-Akanbi was discovered dead on Sunday, December 20 after drinking poison.”
