- Liverpool and Barcelona have both won a total of 11 UEFA Champions League between each other
- The Reds have won six, while the Catalan club have a total of five UCL titles
One Liverpool player in the person of Gini Wijnaldum will be moving to Camp Nou, the home of Barca from Anfield next season.
Dutchman, Wijnaldum was part of the Liverpool 2019 Champions League winning side, where he scored a brace against Barcelona during the second leg of the semi final at Anfield, which the Reds won 4-0.
It will be a new life for Wijnaldum, as he leaves English Premier League for the Spanish La Liga.
Ronald Koeman, Barcelona manager should not find it difficult handling Wijnaldum as the latter was one of his key players when the former coached the Dutch football national team.
Will Wijnaldum flourish at Barcelona or will he struggle? Time will surely tell.
